College of DuPage Adjuncts Association (CODAA) is holding elections for all Executive Board positions this spring.  Any active member of CODAA in good standing is eligible to run.

You can nominate yourself or another member.  To nominate yourself or another member please email Bill Enright at ([email protected]) with your full name, IEA member number and your phone number by May 5, 2026.  

Elections will be held electronically starting May 11.  

Below is a list of the elected positions available.  There is a stipend paid for each position. Each position is a 2-year term starting July 1, 2026.  

Elected positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Operations
• Communications
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Grievance Chair
• IEA Representative (2 positions)

College of DuPage Adjuncts Association (CODAA) is seeking nominees for delegates to the National Education Association Representative Assembly. The NEA-RA will be held in Denver from July 3 – 7, 2026.

You can nominate yourself. You must be a dues paying member to be nominated and to vote in the election. The election will be held the week of March 9.

Cost for travel, hotel, meals and registration will be covered by CODAA.

Nominations must be submitted to Bill Enright by March 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Five members of CODAA spoke during the public comment section at the recent COD Board of Trustees Meeting on Thursday June 26, 2025. We all emphasized the importance of adjuncts to COD, as we teach over 70% of the course sections. We asked for a fair pay increase to keep pace with the high inflation rate in recent years.
