Dues Paying Members will vote on the proposed 2021-2022 CODAA Budget and will also vote on these two related changes.
- Increase the Bargaining team honorarium to $2100, an increase of $900 from $1200.
- Apply the new budget honorarium amounts to current year, increasing output to $14,850 from $13,150, and increase of $1700.
The justification for both involves the move to working virtually and the additional actions taken by CODAA board on behalf of members. For the bargaining team, they have already spent an enormous amount of time and anticipate a challenging bargaining process. The impact on the bottom line is minimal, as due to being virtual other line items have shifted and we are under budget.
