Tentative Contract Information Sessions:
We will hold two virtual information sessions for our members to learn about the new Tentative Agreement and ask questions or share thoughts.
These sessions will be on:
Tuesday, September 28 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Wednesday, September 29 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
The same information will be presented in each session. The new contract highlights will be posted on our website, codaa.org, by September 28th for those who cannot attend either session.
NOTE: All bargaining unit members are invited to attend one of the contract informational sessions, but only dues-paying members can vote to accept or reject the contract.

Voting
Voting will be done electronically and will be open from September 28th through October 4th. Dues paying members will be sent a link to your personal email address which will allow you to vote on the contract. You will click on the link you receive which will take you to page where you will select one of three options: accept, reject, or abstain from voting on the contract. The voting is anonymous, with responses simply collected in the aggregate.
The negotiations team believes we negotiated the best possible contract we could at this time and we recommend that our members vote for its ratification
