The CODFA Negotiations team has reached a tentative agreement with the College on a new 4-year contract, pending final approval by CODFA membership and ratification by the College’s Board of Trustees.

CODAA members voted overwhelmingly to reject the College’s contingency plan offer, in the event that the full-time faculty go on strike.
