CODAA Adjunct Working in two Divisions for Spring 2022

CODAA Adjunct Working in two Divisions for Spring 2022
As many of you are aware, CODAA advocated strenuously to allow qualified adjuncts to teach in more than one division.  We are grateful to President Caputo and Human Resources for allowing this to happen beginning spring 2022.

We encourage those of you who would like to teach in more than one Division to check the HR job postings and apply as appropriate.  One of our members who benefitted from this change in policy sent the following email.

“I wanted to let you know that everything is going smoothly with the addition of another division. There were a few kinks but I think it was just because the concept was new to have adjuncts working in multiple areas.  I’m getting the maximum classes now, which was my goal!! Thank you so much for all of your support throughout this transition.”
