All adjunct faculty may register now for Fall 2011 credit classes. They do not need to wait for the “one week prior to semester” timeframe.
To obtain their 1/3 tuition waiver, adjunct faculty may download the form Partial Tuition Waiver for Part Time Faculty for Credit Classes by logging into http://inside.cod.edu. The form is filed with H/R’s forms; please read and follow the instructions included on the form carefully. Questions can be directed to H/R.
Going forward, the timeframe for class registration for all employees paying 1/3 tuition is the same. For Spring 2012, it will be 40 days before the beginning of the semester. The Spring calendar will be published in a schedule to be sent out by Registration at a later date.
