Please vote YES on the Workers' Rights Amendment

The Workers’ Rights Amendment is a proposed addition of Section 25 to Article 1 of the Illinois Constitution. It will help protect salaries and pensions and protect our voice with collective bargaining in our schools.

Mission

The mission of CODAA is to create a unified voice for adjunct faculty, and Part Time advisors and counselors at the College of DuPage in order to improve our working conditions and thereby improve the quality of our students’ education. Only with a unified voice can we truly take part in the College of DuPage’s mission while holding the College’s Administration accountable to it:

To recognize, develop, and support excellence in teaching
