Sign up for the On-Campus Annual Health Screening

CODAA members are eligible for this free health screening, please take advantage of it!

CHC Wellness, Inc. is our new vendor, so you must sign up as a new participant.

To schedule your screening, register on-line at www.CHCW.com, click on “REGISTER/LOGIN” on the upper right, and enter 3005Col124 as the Program Code in the “New Participants” box; click OK in the popup box to confirm you are a new user.

Complete the Personal Info, then click “Proceed to Step 2: Insurance”, then “Proceed to Step 3: Physicians” and then “Proceed to Step 4: Appointments”.

An on-line Health Assessment is required to complete the screening. There are four dates and 2 locations available for your convenience so go ahead and register now!

Available times for screenings are 6:30AM – 10:30AM on following dates:

  • Tues. March 1, 2016 in SRC 2000
  • Wed. March 2, 2016 in SRC 2000
  • Wed. March 9, 2016 in SRC 2131
  • Thurs. March 10, 2016 in SRC 2131

*As an alternative you may also schedule your screening via phone with a CHC Wellness representative at 866.373.4242.

Election Results for Delegates To The IEA Assembly

Mike Dusik and Stella Styrczula have been elected to serve as delegates to the IEA Representative Assembly in Rosemont, IL, April 14-16, 2016.

Husna Tarannum will serve as an alternate in case either delegate is unable to attend. Thanks to all of you who returned your ballots.

Adjuncts Invited to Participate in Faculty Colloquium Thursday 12/3

A COD Faculty Colloquium, Part 2: A Discussion About Moving Our College Forward
Thursday, December 3, 12:30 to 2pm

HSC 1234

This colloquium will feature several COD full-time faculty, including Michelle Moore, Michael Duggan, Mark Pearson, and Tom Tipton. We will make remarks about teaching and learning at our school, with an eye towards moving our college forward, and a focus on academics, student services, policy, curriculum, and community. After the panelists’ prepared remarks, we will have some time for discussion.
